We arrange loft insulation and related work for homeowners by connecting them with a network of vetted, insured installers. To do that, we pass the details you submit to a suitable installer so they can prepare your quote.
When you complete our quote form we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, email address, phone number, postcode, the service you're interested in, your property type and age, and any additional notes. We also record the date of your enquiry and which of our sites it came from.
We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing, and we only share it for the purpose of arranging the work you asked about.
Your details are shared with the installer (or installers) best placed to quote for your job, and with the service providers that run our systems — for example Google (which hosts the spreadsheet and email service that receive your enquiry). These providers process the data on our behalf.
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted. If you'd like your data removed sooner, just ask.
Under UK data protection law you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability.
